- Sucroplast TEC FCC is widely used in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic applications. It is used as a solvent, diluent, and fixative for perfumes, as a plasticizer and film-strengthening agent in hair spray and nail polish, as a non-toxic plasticizer and humectant for cigarette filters, and as an active ingredient in deodorants.
- Sucroplast TEC FCC has been accepted as a food additive by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
