Turbo Seal Series 76 is a high performance anaerobic thread sealant designed for the locking and sealing of metal threaded pipes and fittings with lubricating properties to facilitate proper assembly of torque tightening of piping components. It is ideal to seal against gasses, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oils and other chemicals and prevents pipe joints and fittings from loosening and leakage under vibration and shock.

Applications
  • General purpose thread sealant for a wide variety of pneumatic connections in industrial applications
  • Typical applications include, metal and fiber plants paper processing plants, chemical processing plants, waste treatment facilities, textile equipment and processing
Directions for Use

Surfaces should be dry, clean and free of any contamination. Apply 360° bead of product to the leading threads of the male fitting, leaving the first thread free. Force the material into the threads and voids, adjust product amount accordingly and apply a 360° bead of product on the female threads also. Assemble and tighten as required.

Storage Information

Anaerobic adhesives are ideally stored in a cool, dry place in unopened containers at room temperature, 46°F to 82°F. Do not return unused material to its original container.
