SONLOK

SONLOK® 3603 is a high strength anaerobic retaining compound for cylindrical fitting parts. This adhesive designed to develop bonds even on surfaces lightly contaminated with oil. SONLOK® 3603 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength rapidly when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

SONLOK® 3609 is a fast curing, medium strength anaerobic retaining compound for continuous working temperatures up to 300°F. SONLOK® 3609 retaining compound is ideal for gap distances up to 0.005” diameter.

SONLOK® 3620 is a high viscosity; high strength anaerobic retaining compound for cylindrical fitting parts particularly where bond gaps can approach 0.25mm (0.01”). High temperature resistance up to 200°C. SONLOK® 3620 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength rapidly when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

SONLOK® 3635 is a medium viscosity; slow curing; high strength anaerobic retaining compound for cylindrical fitting parts particularly where realignment is necessary. SONLOK® 3635 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

SONLOK® 3638 is a fast curing; high strength anaerobic retaining compound for cylindrical fitting parts particularly where bond gaps can approach 0.25mm (0.01”). SONLOK® 3638 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength rapidly when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.

Sonlok® 3641 is a medium strength anaerobic bearing compound for continuous working temperatures up to 300°F.

SONLOK® 3648 is a fast curing, high strength anaerobic retaining compound for continuous working temperatures up to 300°F. SONLOK® 3648 retaining compound fill the “inner space” between components and cure to form a strong precision assembly to prevent loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.

SONLOK® 3660 is a fast curing; paste like consistency, high strength anaerobic retaining compound for cylindrical fitting parts particularly where bond gaps can approach 0.50mm. This product offers very good gap cure properties. SONLOK® 3660 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength rapidly when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces to prevent loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.

SONLOK® 3675 is a low viscosity, high strength, general-purpose anaerobic retaining compound specifically designed for joining cylindrical assemblies. The temperature range for this product is -65°F to 300°F. SONLOK® 3675 cures when confined between ferrous or copper alloy metals. On thermoplastics or other inactive metals, primer is necessary.

SONLOK® 3680 is a fast curing; high strength anaerobic retaining compound for cylindrical joints. SONLOK® 3680 retaining compound is a single component anaerobic adhesive, which develops high strength rapidly when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from Vibration and shock.

SONLOK® 3661 is used in UV &Anaerobic cure, high strength.
