Silicone free de-airing agent, most suitable for use in acid-cured wood varnishes, NC-varnishes, epoxy coatings. Solid content 38%.

Application

A silicone free, polymeric de-aerator and defoamer.Specially desinged for use in UPR systems and gel coats and provides fast de-airing and efficient in a wide range of systems at low dosages

Dosage & Addition

The optimal amount of PAT-ADD AF 75 to be used is system related, but generally is between 0,2 and 0,5 % PAT-ADD AF 75, calculated on the total weight of formulation. Appropiate incorporation conditions have to be provided; prefered is premixing Pat-Add AF 75 with the unsaturated polyester resin. Suitability and optimum concentration to be used depends on the individual requirements and conditions and is best checked experimentally.
