The company’s Pat-Add range of additives includes wetting & dispersing agents, defoamers, surface modifiers and rheology modifiers. All our products are APEO free and several are designed to enable finished products that are low or no VOC. These additives are intended for coatings, inks, composites and PVC plastisols. We also have broad expertise in the formulation of pigment concentrates using our additives.

The metal carboxylates comprise paint driers, PVC heat stabilizers and a broad range of tin based and tin free catalysts for various applications.

Patcham has built a strong manufacturing and R&D infrastructure that enables the rapid transition from concept to products. Our in-house R&D has led to the development of several technologies and concepts that enable customers to innovate or become more sustainable in the fast changing regulatory landscape.

Pat-Add

PAT-ADD DA 501 is an APEO-free polymeric wetting and dispersing agent for use in industrial paints and tinters. PAT-ADD DA 501 is most effective for organic pigments.

PAT-ADD AF 34 is liquid defoamer for use in waterborne coatings like varnishes, wood-coatings, industrial paints, aqueous inks and pigment dispersions.PAT-ADD AF 34 is oil and VOC-free and based on a polysiloxane hydrophobic polymer compound.PAT-ADD AF 34 is versatile in application, so efficient in various waterborne systems such as dispersion paints, industrial systems, inks and adhesives. It is effective fordefoaming and anti-foaming purposes during manufacturing and application and reduces risk of micro-foaming.

PAT-ADD DA 420 is a low foaming polymeric dispersing agent for use in waterborne industrial paints and pigment dispersions. PAT-ADD DA 420 is the most effective dispersant and stabilizer for the dispersion of inorganic and polar pigments in aqueous systems.

Pat-Add DA 603 is a polymeric APEO free wetting and dispersing agent for use in waterborne pigment dispersions, in architectural and industrial paints, gloss dispersion paints and printing inks. Pat-Add DA603 is specifically designed for the preparation of concentrated aqueous dispersions of inorganic pigments, hyrophilic organic pigment or hydrophylic carbonblack.

Pat-Add DA 786 is a blend of anionic and non-ionic surface active compounds to use as emulsifier to allow the addition of water into oil based coating systems without any loss of Gloss and hardness of the final paint film. Pat-Add DA 786 is recommended for alkyd enamels, specifically for low and medium oil type alkyds.

PAT-ADD SL 1120 is a slip and leveling agent for use in solvent-borne coatings.PAT-ADD SL 1120 is mainly used in industrial coatings.PAT-ADD SL 1120 is extremely versatile in application, so efficient in various solventborne systems for optimizing slip, mar resistance and contributing to improved flow and leveling.

Pat-Add AF 81 is a liquid de-aerator and defoamer with the benefit of leveling. Highly recommended for clear and pigmented floor coatings and solvent-borne coatings, like varnishes, wood-coatings, and industrial paints. Most suitable defoamer for clear casts with high DFT.

PAT-ADD DA 934 is a polymeric dispersing agent for use in industrial solvent-borne paints and pigment concentrates.PAT-ADD DA 934 is specially designed for application in high concentrated pigment dispersions as applied for in-plant tinting purposes. Using PAT-ADD DA 934, results in extremely low viscosity and high transparency properties. Although, being all-round applicable as a dispersing agent for pigment concentrates, PAT-ADD DA 934 is particularly effective as dispersant for furnace carbon blacks and organic pigments.

PAT-ADD RHEOL 125P is HEUR based liquid rheology modifier for use in aqueous systems. The product contains low volatile organic components. PAT-ADD RHEOL 125P demonstrates excellent anti-settling and anti-sagging properties and reduces the risk of roller spattering during paint application. PAT-ADD RHEOL 125P is provided as ready for use.
