EXOdis PC440 is a non-ionic dispersing and wetting agent dedicated to concentrates of organic pigments and carbon black. The product causes a strong deflocculation of pigment particles, significantly reducing the viscosity of the concentrate, which allows higher pigment loading compared to traditional agents. In addition, it can be used as a means of compatibilizing the ingredients in the final dyeing product. The recommended range of use is 5 - 30% in pigment concentrates and 0.1 - 1.0% in a ready-to-use paint formulation.
