PolyGuard™ is our self-branded, protected, hard coated Polycarbonate (PC) sheet and an established product in the Peerless range. The pre-coated sheet has been designed to give chemical and abrasion resistance to Polycarbonate and grant anti-graffiti protection. Spray coated with a UV-cured, silica-modified coating, PolyGuard™ offers a high quality, sustainable, flat plastic sheet in a wide range of thicknesses and sizes.

PolyGuard™ Hard Coated Marlon FS Polycarbonate is our self-branded, protected, hard coated Polycarbonate (PC) sheet and an established product in the Peerless range. PolyGuard™ Hard Coated Marlon FS Polycarbonate

Peerless Plastics &amp; Coatings Hard Coated PETG is an enhancement to the normal PETG Sheet and offers enhanced abrasion resistance to an otherwise soft base material. The low comparable cost of PET &amp; PETG ensure it is very popular for en-masse applications such as bus shelters or bathroom splash backs. Whilst the coated side will of lost it’s FDA Approval (as found with many PETG products), the coating can be applied single sided or coated in our MicroGuard™ Anti-Microbial Hard Coating for the ultimate in anti-bacterial protection.

PeeraGlas™ Hard Coated Acrylic is one of the newest additions to the Peerless family and is a pre-coated abrasion resistant acrylic (PMMA) sheet. Maintaining the original properties of acrylic, PeeraGlas™ is designed for optical clarity with the added benefit of being much tougher than standard sheets. These properties make PeeraGlas™ ideal for glazing in high traffic or dangerous areas (such as sports arenas) or those where visual clarity is specified such as clear noise barriers. Available in both cast and extruded acrylic with a choice of UV and Non-UV grade coating to suit individual projects.
