DETAR SAN SCHIUMA is Acid foaming detergent and lime scale remover. Detar San Schiuma is a new concept in cleaning made possible thanks to the research and experience of Perdomini-IOC in the field of detergents. This new all-in-one product unites active principles that can achieve the same results traditionally achieved only by going through an alkaline cycle followed by an acid cycle. This makes Detar San Schiuma the number one choice when time is short and/or manpower is in short supply.

DETAROX is Acid sanitizer with an oxidizing action, made from stabilized peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide.

PERLAC SAN is Chlorine-based detergent. Perlac San is a powerful detergent containing active chlorine which answers the call when there are residues of organic substances needing cleaned quickly. Its formula contains special alkaline salts and a significant quantity of active chlorine agent, which work in synergy to guarantee the simultaneous elimination of organic residues, odors and staining. Thanks to the high chlorine content in Perlac San, it cleans surfaces and leaves them shining. Perlac San is non-foaming, so it can be easily used in CIP systems.

PERLAC TENDER is a liquid detergent specially designed for use in the food industry thanks to its versatility in removing residues of an organic nature.

DETAR 8 is Peroxide-based liquid detergent specially designed for the removal of particularly difficult food residue in conjunction with an alkaline cycle. Detar 8 is a careful blend of peroxides and sequestering agents designed ing problems deriving from dirt residue that is difficult to remove when using only alkaline treatment. The use of Detar 8 in association with washing with Detar PS develops effective oxidizing action that removes organic residue stuck to walls that would require strong mechanical action.

DETAR MEM is Highly alkaline liquid detergent (EDTA free) which performs a sequestering action. Particularly effective at removing large quantities of organic fouling. As it does not contain EDTA, this product is highly suitable for use in waste water treatment and purification plants.

DETAR TRE LIQUID is Caustic liquid descaling detergent. Detar Tre Liquid is a highly caustic liquid detergent, which means it has powerful degreasing and tartrateremoval effects. The inclusion of various kinds of organic sequestering agents in the formula gives this product a strong complexing action. This feature means that Detar Tre Liquid can also be used where the water is particularly hard.

Perdomini IOC Antischiuma Silicon-based defoamer in an aqueous emulsion, formulated using nonionic surfactants. This defoamer, as it contains only nonionic emulsifiers, does not lead to any interference with anionic or cationic substances.

PERLAC FILL is Highly caustic liquid detergent designed for use in the food and beverage industry. Perlac Fill is a product which stands out not only for its highly caustic effect, but also for its surfactants and sequestering agents. The surfactants in its formula stop it from foaming at a wide range of temperatures and independently of the type of dirt being treated. The detergent effect of the alkaline salts is also boosted by a powerful emulsifying and suspending action. A special mix of organic sequestering agents means that Perlac Fill can be used with particularly hard water, even when the wash temperature is rather high (above 70°C).

DETAR ACID is a detergent and descaling agent based on acid reaction designed for removing inorganic deposits from the surfaces of machines and equipment. Detar Acid has been specially formulated to dissolve and remove inorganic residues, whether caused by processing operations (e.g. milkstone) or the utility water supply (limescale).

Perlac CF/Liquid is a newly formulated all-in-one cleaning product.
