DETAR 8 is Peroxide-based liquid detergent specially designed for the removal of particularly difficult food residue in conjunction with an alkaline cycle. Detar 8 is a careful blend of peroxides and sequestering agents designed ing problems deriving from dirt residue that is difficult to remove when using only alkaline treatment. The use of Detar 8 in association with washing with Detar PS develops effective oxidizing action that removes organic residue stuck to walls that would require strong mechanical action.

DETAROX is Acid sanitizer with an oxidizing action, made from stabilized peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide.

DETAROX AP is disinfectant bactericide has a wideranging action spectrum and is highly efficient. It is specifically designed for the food sector. The main ingredient is stabilized peracetic acid. It acts on the structure of microbial cells by altering their chemiosmotic functions and cytoplasmic enzymatic systems.

PERLAC CLORAT PRESSE is Alkaline sanitizer containing chlorine and surfactants, with high sequestering power. Phosphate free. As it frees chlorine, with Perlac Clorat Presse you can both clean and sanitize in a single operation.

DETAR PS is Alkaline-based liquid detergent with additional surfactant and sequestering activity.

DETAR ACID is a detergent and descaling agent based on acid reaction designed for removing inorganic deposits from the surfaces of machines and equipment. Detar Acid has been specially formulated to dissolve and remove inorganic residues, whether caused by processing operations (e.g. milkstone) or the utility water supply (limescale).

Perlac CF/3 is a complete product, high in sequestering agents and with special highly biodegradable surfactants working in synergy with the alkaline salts to guarantee great performance every time. Perlac CF/3 has been specially designed for use in bottle washers and is particularly recommended when the water supply is especially hard.

Perlac CF/Liquid is a newly formulated all-in-one cleaning product. Its composition has been carefully studied in order to create a product that would simultaneously meet the cleaning needs of the food industry and fulfill the ever stricter requirements of the environment sector. To achieve this, we’ve used new raw materials that satisfy both demands. Perlac CF/Liquid is a caustic product with added surfactants and sequestering agents with performance levels that allow it to be used effectively even in limit conditions (e.g. particularly hard water, even above 25 °F; temperature higher than 70°C).
