ULTRA-BLEND

ULTRA-BLEND™ 2000 improves the building tack of synthetic rubber compounds. It displays outstanding long term tackifying effects. ULTRA-BLEND ™M 2000, as opposed to standard tackifier, shows its strength in aged tack improvement at relatively low dosage levels; between 3 and 5 phr.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 3000 improves the building tack of synthetic rubber compounds, particularly for NBR applications. It improves dispersion of fillers and softens the compound. The reduction of viscosity assists down line processing, in particular milling and calendering.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 4000 improves the homogeneity of polymer blends of different polarities or different viscosities. ULTRA-BLEND™ 4000 is quickly absorbed by the polymer matrix by wetting out the surfaces which leads to a fast incorporation of other compound ingredients. It is best added at the beginning of the mixing cycle to achieve the optimum wetting effect. ULTRA-BLEND™ 4000 increases green tack of rubber compounds by showing some synergistic effect with tackifying resins. The morphology of the product can slightly change over several months of storage time. A softening point increase within the range of several degrees is typical.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 5000 improves the homogeneity of polymer blends of different polarities different viscosities. It is quickly absorbed by the polymer matrix by wetting out the surfaces which leads to a fast incorporation of other compound ingredients. The reduction of viscosity assists down line processing, in particular milling and calendering. ULTRA-BLEND™ 5000 is best added at the beginning of the mixing cycle to achieve the optimum wetting effect.

ULTRA-BLEND™ 6000 is a non-staining homogenizer that improves the homogeneity of polymer blends of different polarities and different viscosities. It also increases green tack of rubber compounds by showing some synergism with tackifying resins. Due to its light color, ULTRA-BLENDTM 6000 is recommended for white and colored compounds.
