ULTRA-LUBE

ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX is a highly effective internal lubricant and dispersing aid for specialty elastomers, like HNBR, XNBR, ECO and exotic polymers. ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX is a synergistic blend of primary amide and a highly thermal stable fatty acid derivative, thus shrinkage after post curing will not be affected. ULTRA-LUBE™ IMX improves mold and extrusion flow, prevents sticking on metallic surfaces and greatly enhances surface feel and finish of finished rubber articles.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 is a processing additive for most rubber compounds. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBET 200 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 200 does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 improves filler incorporation and release of most rubber compounds. Due to its low volatility, ULTRA-LUBE“ 220 can be used in heat resistant vulcanisates based on HNBR, ACM and FKM. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 shows good plasticizing properties, which leads to reduction of injection pressure in molding process and prevents scorch. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 is highly effective in polar compounds, like NBR to improve flow and release. ULTRA-LUBE™ 220 is especially suitable for peroxide curing system owing to its low peroxide demand.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for commonly used fillers in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mold release can also be observed. ULTRA-LUBE™ 230 also works very well as an internal release agent that prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. ULTRA-™ 230 has a higher solubility limit than ULTRA-LUBE™ 200.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 330 is a general processing additive in most common polymers. In highly filled compounds ULTRA-LUBE™ 330 prevents the agglomeration of filler, which leads to better uniformity of physical properties of the finished goods. This is particularly beneficial for extrusion of rubber profiles. The addition of ULTRA-LUBE™ 330 leads to faster incorporation of filler. ULTRA-LUBE™ 330 shows a positive influence on metal release, thus preventing sticking of the compounds to open mill rolls or internal mixer rotors. It also improves mold release.

ULTRA-LUBET™ 160 is highly effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. This effect is based on a reduction of intermolecular friction and external friction against metal surfaces. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 is outstanding during the compounding stage and after vulcanization as a mold release. Besides, it is highly effective as an internal release agent in preventing rubber compounds sticking to open mill rolls as well as to rotors in internal mixers. ULTRA-LUBE™ 160 has a stabilizing effect on the tendency of re-crystallization in CR compounds.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 480 is a highly effective processing additive for specialty polymers. Its unique structure is particular suitable to improve flow and release of ECO compounds resulting in lower reject rate due to poor hot tear of ECO vulcanisates. Besides, it helps in preventing mold fouling. ULTRA-LUBE™ 480 also works very well to improve extrusion characteristics of NBR/PVC blend compounds.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 790 is a processing additive designed as an internal lubricant for specialty polymers. Due to its low volatility, it can be used in heat resistant vulcanisates based on HNBR, ACM and FKM. ULTRA-LUBE™ 790 shows excellent lubricating properties, which leads to reduction of injection pressure in the molding process and prevents scorch. Its outstanding release effect also improves mold release and prevents sticking of compounds to rolls and rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 790 is very cost effective because it greatly reduces the reject rates of vulcanisates.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 is effective in improving flow properties of rubber compounds. The release effect of ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 is excellent during compounding and after curing as an internal mold release. ULTRA-LUBE™ 888 improves the dispersion of both carbon black and mineral fillers.

ULTRA-LUBE™ 420 is a processing additive for applications in all elastomers. ULTRA-LUBE™ 420 provides very good lubricating effects and helps to improve flow and mold release. ULTRA-LUBE™ 420 shows excellent performance in highly filled EPDM compounds. No adverse effect on physicals is noted and its saturated structure makes it suitable for peroxide vulcanisation.
