PerFluoroLube® 17/2 Grease is manufactured exclusively with Fomblin Base Fluid. The PerFluoroLube® range of greases are based on perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluids thickened with inorganic thickeners. They are well suited to long life and/or high temperature applications and are also suitable for aggressive chemical and food environments.The greases will not thicken or carbonize with time and enable “filled for life applications”.

Performance Fluids Performance FG Chain and Gear Oil is a semi synthetic food grade oil designed to contain special additives that considerably extend relubrication intervals. Due to its extremely wide temperature range it ensures maximum application versatility and its adhesive additives not only ensure non-drip, no fling thus providing lasting lubrication but also ensure a high degree of water resistance protecting parts against corrosion.

Performance Fluids Performance Cooler Prover Oil is a fully synthetic NSF H1 registered (no. 137770) food grade oil designed for the lubrication of chains in bakery provers and coolers. It is approved by Spooner Industries for their Provers and Coolers as it contains unique additives to prevent acidic corrosion. The product has excellent water resistance and tackiness additives to ensure the product clings to the bearing surfaces whilst still being able to penetrate the pins and internal bushes.

PerFluid® GM is a food grade high temperature chain oil based on a unique polyglycol and fortified with graphite designed for use at temperatures up to 400°C. The unique base fluid has extremely low volatility compared with other polyglycols and as such gives virtually no fume when applied to hot chains. This enables the product to be applied to chains at any time and not only when the chain has cooled. The product has little odor and is water soluble making it more user friendly.

Performance FG2 Grease is based on synthetic hydrocarbons and with the addition of PTFE provides exceptional performance in terms of high load carrying and operating temperature. The product is designed to enable rationalization of greases and is suitable for incidental contact in food processing plants and food packaging plants.

PerFluoroLube® CL1800F1 is an NSF H1 Approved (No. 146535) high temperature lubricant designed for indirect food contact on APV, Sasib, Spooner Vicars, and Spooner Industries ovens and can be used on chains at temperatures up to 250°C. The product has been successfully proven in trials over 10 years at major bakeries and is now the only Spooner Industries recommended lubricant for use on all new chains. The product is also used on hotplate and crumpet lines and as it does not carbonize. CL1800F1 allows the chain to fully articulate which is often a problem when using conventional lubricants.

PerFluid® Extreme is a polyolester based high temperature lubricant fortified with PTFE.

PerFluid® XP FG Chain Oil is a fully synthetic NSF registered H1 food grade oil designed for the lubrication of track ovens. It has been extensively tested and approved and offers a low maintenance solution to the lubrication of oven chain conveyors with antifriction bearings, links and pins. PerFluid® XP FG Chain Oil is a unique formulation containing special additives which considerably reduce residue build up, and offer low friction and anti-wear properties thus extending chain life.
