Recommended Applications

PEROXAN PB-50 A is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins in combination with a cobalt accelerator e.g. PERGAQUICK C12 X at ambient and elevated temperatures. Applications areas for the cure system PEROXAN PB-50 A plus a cobalt accelerator can be e.g. continuous laminating, resin transfer molding and filament winding. Depending on application and working conditions, the following peroxide and when applicable cobalt accelerator dosage levels are recommended: PEROXAN PB-50 A: 1,0 to 2,0 phr PERGAQUICK C12 X (Cobalt, 1%): 0,1 to 1,0 phr
