Petkim PETOPLEN MH220N is a homopolymer polypropylene resin with medium molecular weight distribution. The material is formulated with advanced nucleating agent and specially developed for thermoforming applications where high transparency and gloss is required. Together with its excellent optical properties, PETOPLEN MH220N combines high stiffness/impact performance with very low shrinkage in end products.

Sheet extrusion applications;
Typical barrel temperature: 200 - 235°C
Typical upper roll temperature: 50 - 60°C
Typical middle roll temperature: 60 - 70°C
Typical lower roll temperature: 50 - 60°C

The material is packaged in PE bags or in PP Big Bags. The product should be stored in a dry area with an ambient temperature below 50°C. It should be kept away from sunlight, sparks, heat and flame.

Storage & Handling

Storage

Inappropriate storage conditions can lead to bad smell, color changes and the deterioration in physical properties. It is advised to process PP resins within 6 months after delivery.
