Applications & Uses: PICOCLEAN TSS will effectively remove a variety of extrusion oils, machine oils, and drawing compounds from fastener surfaces to eliminate additional cleaning steps.

PICOCLEAN TSS offers excellent cleaning, reduced cleaning times, low operating temperature, low controlled foam, low concentration use, long tank life, and performance in one product.

PICOCLEAN TSS aids in splitting out oils to the surface for easy removal from the solution to improve usable tank time and continued cleaning performance.

PICOCLEAN TSS helps reduce maintenance and cleanout downtime of cleaning systems.

PICOCLEAN TSS is also effective in removing lubricants from steel surfaces by soak or immersion.

Spray Washers: 2.0- 8.0% (1:50-1:12.5) 120°-180°F (49°C-82°C)

Immersion Washers: 4.0-10.0% (1:25-1:10) 75°-180°F (24°C-82°C)
