35 MELT FLOW CLARIFIED RANDOM COPOLYMER FOR INJECTION MOLDING
Pinnacle Polymers Polypropylene 6135C3 is made via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system to ensure uniform physical properties and lot-to-lot consistency.This product is intended for injection molding applications that require more stiffness, faster cycle time, low bloom, improved color, enhanced processability and excellent clarity. This product was produced using no organic peroxides. This product contains a new generation clarifier.The 6135C3 product provides: Improved FDA food contact status Reduced cycle-time Excellent organoleptics Increased stiffness Low bloom Excellent impact resistance Pinnacle 6135C3 as marketed by Pinnacle Polymers Company, in natural, uncolored pellet form is cleared by way of FCN 1538 for use in single- and repeated-use articles intended to contact all types of food under the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Conditions of Use A through H. FDA has not evaluated the use of this product in contact with infant formula or breast milk.

8 MELT FLOW HIGH IMPACT COPOLYMER FOR INJECTION MOLDING
Pinnacle Polymers Polypropylene 4208 is made via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system to ensure uniform physical properties and lot-to-lot consistency.This product is intended for general extrusion or injection molding applications. Also contains a long term heat aging additive system. Has superior high and low temperature impact.The 4208 product provides: Wet/Dry environment resistance Superior balance of stiffness and impact strength Excellent long term heat aging properties Excellent color and processing stability Enhanced weld-line strength Pinnacle's 4208 polypropylene is covered under US FDA Food Contact Notification 864. As such, this polymer can be used in contact with all food types under Conditions of Use A-H, as described in 21 CFR 176.170, Tables 1 and 2. This polymer also complies with 21 CFR 177.1520(c), items 3.1(a) and 3.2(a).

Pinnacle Polymers Polypropylene 1120 H is made via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system to ensure uniform physical properties and lot-to-lot consistency.This product is intended for general-purpose injection molding of cutlery, closures and thin wall containers. 1120 H contains both a nucleation and antistatic additive package.The 1120 H product provides: Superior color and processing stability Good flow characteristics Low odor and taste Antistatic properties UL Listed Pinnacle's polypropylene, as marketed by Pinnacle Polymers, in natural, uncolored pellet form complies with appropriate requirements of CFR Title 21, Part 177, Subpart B, Section 177.1520 (c) 1.1a entitled "Olefin Polymers" of the Food Additives Amendment of 1958 to the United States Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938.

As such, this polymer can be used in contact with all food types under Conditions of Use A-H, as described in 21 CFR 176.170, Tables 1 and 2. This polymer also complies with 21 CFR 177.1520(c), items 3.1(a) and 3.2(a).

Pinnacle Polymers Polypropylene 1635AF is made via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system to ensure uniform physical properties and lot-to-lot consistency.This product is intended for injection molding; the flow properties should be of particular benefit in the production of thin-walled articles. It contains no nucleators, antistats or animal derivatives.Potential applications include: healthcare/medical packaging, labware, containers and thin-wall articles in general.The 1635AF highlights: Heat Sterilizable (autoclavable) Contains no animal derivatives Excellent color and processing stability Low Extractables Pinnacle's polypropylene, as marketed by Pinnacle Polymers Company, in natural, uncolored pellet form complies with appropriate requirements of CFR Title 21, Part 177, Subpart B, Section 177.1520 (c) 1.1a entitled "Olefin Polymers" of the Food Additives Amendment of 1958 to the United States Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938.
