Solid Acrylic Resin PChem

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM60 is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and n-butyl methacrylate. It offers hard heat resistance and durability. It also offers fast tack-free time, very good dry and wet adhesion to many plastic substrates like acrylic, ABS, PVC and polystyrene etc.BM60 is very compatible with many solvents and nitrocellulose and commonly used in applications of marine coating, plastic coating, gravure inks, silk screen printing inks.

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM260 is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate. It is also good for 2K system coating since it can react with amino and polyisocyanate resins to form crosslinked structures. BM260 is excellent binder for adhesion of aluminum and polystyrene. It is also good for applications of pigmented lacquer. BM260 is soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic, glycol ethers, glycol ether acetates and chlorinated hydrocarbons. BM260 is compatible with alkyd resins.

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM66 is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and n-butyl methacrylate. It offers hard heat resistance and durability. It also offers fast tack-free time, very good dry and wet adhesion to many plastic substrates like acrylic, ABS, PVC and polystyrene etc. BM66 is very compatible with many solvents and nitrocellulose and commonly used in applications of marine coating, plastic coating, gravure inks, silk screen printing inks.

Pioneer Solutions Americas Solid Acrylic Resin BM61A is a copolymer of methacrylates. It offers performance on excellent adhesion, good flexibility, low shrinkage and good durability. BM 61A is a kind of alcohol solubility resin. It can be dissolved in many organic solvents such as alcohol, ketones, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. It has good compatibility with NC, chlorinated rubber, vinyl resin, cellulose acetate and also plasticizer. BM61A is commonly used in UV ink formulation as inert resin to enhance adhesion and to reduce shrinkage. It is also widely used in aluminum heat sealing lacquer, cardboard ink, and metal coatings.

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM65C is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate. It is a multi-usage thermoplastic acrylic resin with high purity, excellent weatherability, salt spray resistance, durability, and etc. BM65C is easily soluble in many organic solvents such as ketones, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated solvents. It has excellent compatibility with other film forming resins, such as cellulose, vinyl resins, and also plasticizer. The typical application of BM65C is tile paint, concrete sealant/hardener. BM65C is a cost-effective resin widely used in architecture anti-corrosive coatings, road marking and etc.

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM-97 is a copolymer of methacrylates. It offers excellent performance on alcohol resistance, durability, weatherability. BM97 is easily soluble in many organic solvents such as ketones, esters, aromatic hydrocarbons. It has good solvent release ability and excellent compatibility with other film forming resins, such as NC, CAB, and also plasticizer. BM97 is widely used in PVC pipe adhesive, plastic coatings where alcohol resistance is strictly required

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM82 is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate and n-butyl methacrylate. It offers high adhesion, flexibility, low shrinkage rate and durability. It can used as an base resin for UV curing of OPP and BOPP systems. BM82 is very compatible with many solvents and nitrocellulose and commonly used in applications of paper printing, aluminum sealer etc.

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM131 is a copolymer of methacrylate and acrylate. It offers good heat resistance and durability. It also offers good chemical resistances to alcohol, gasoline and blocks the migration of plasticizer contained in the vinyl resins. BM131 is very compatible with many solvents and nitrocellulose and commonly used in applications of marine coating, plastic coating, gravure inks, silk screen printing inks.

Solid Acrylic Resin PChem® BM751 is an acrylic resin for hot melt adhesive application especially for polyurethane adhesives. BM751 provides excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and moisture curable reactive functionalities. It is soluble in esters, ketones, aromatic, glycol ethers and glycol ether acetates. BM751 is very compatible with wide variety of other resins including acrylics, vinyl, esters, etc..
