Plastchim-T is one of the leading privately owned European manufacturers of biaxially oriented polypropylene films (BOPP), cast polypropylene films (CPP), and flexible packaging products. For more than half a century the Company has grown from a domestic type business to a leader in the packaging and packaging-related industry. Today, the Company has three production units located in Bulgaria and employs over 1000 people. Plastchim-T operates in two main divisions – Packaging Films and Flexible Packages production. The three factories are conveniently located close to the country’s borders in Aksakovo, Devnya, and Tervel, Bulgaria.

FXPLA (20 µm) is a BOPP film with outstanding transparency and brilliance. It is non-heat sealable and one side corona treated. The film is suitable for printing and wraparound labels. It can be used as wraparound labels, high quality rotogravure and flexo printing.

PLCB (20 µm) is coextruded cast polypropylene film with both sides heat sealable and one side corona treated. The film is suitable for packing of food products and goods with general use. They are typically used in bread and bakery packaging, lamination or single ply, high quality rotogravure and flexo printing.

PLCBL (40 µm) is coextruded cast polypropylene film with both sides heat sealable and one side corona treated. The film is suitable for packing of food products and goods with general use. It is designed for winter conditions with improved sealing properties on nontreated side. it can be used in bread and bakery packaging, lamination or single ply, high quality rotogravure and flexo printing.

Plastchim-T PLCBL (25 µm)

FXCL (15 µm) is coextruded heat sealable BOPP film with one side corona treated. It is suitable for packing food and goods with general uses. It has Low COF and are suitable for high-speed packing machines (HFFS &amp; VFFS). It can also be used in high quality rotogravure and flexo printing.

PLPEW (30 µm) is polyethylene white three layers blown film, designed for packing of food products and goods with general use. One side of the film is corona treated. This products typical application includes general purpose packaging, lamination, high quality rotogravure and flexo printing.

PLCBZ (20 µm) is coextruded cast polypropylene film with both sides heat sealable and one side corona treated. This film is suitable for packing of food products and goods with general use such as bread and bakery packaging, lamination or single ply, high quality rotogravure and flexo printing . It is designed for winter conditions.

FXPM (20 µm) is metallized BOPP film, non-heat sealable with very good barrier properties (water and oxygen permeability). It has excellent metal adhesion. Typical application of his product includes barrier application, lamination, high quality rotogravure, flexo printing and decoration.

FXCB (20 µm) is coextruded heat sealable BOPP film with both sides corona treated. It is suitable for packing food and goods with general use, Lamination, high quality rotogravure and flexo printing.

PLPEDF (40 µm) is a polyethylene three layers blown film, designed for packing of food products and store in freezer at up to – 25°C. One side of the film is corona treated. PLPEDF (40 µm) typical applications include deep freezing, bread and bakery packaging, general packaging for cold climate, high quality rotogravure and flexo printing.
