JAXSAN

JAXSAN® AG-102 is a high gloss semi-elastomeric coating for interior or exterior applications. It is ideal for applications where you desire the look of an oil-based enamel paint and at the same time require consistent performance of a flexible and elastic sealant. Thanks to its elastomeric qualities, AG-102 resists cracking or chipping and easily adapts to the applied surface. Chief benefit of this product is the ability to seal metal roofs with a highly durable coating with low dirt pickup. Reflectivity factor of 89.5% is possible by using white.

JAXSAN® Black Foam Primer is a water thinnable primer that can be used on or under sprayed polyurethane foam. It is ready to use from the container without thinning. It is an ideal option to economically raise the temperature of the deck or foam surface when the surface of the foam is sunburned or harboring moisture.

JAXSAN® 607 are premium quality, non-fibered, waterproofing coating based on acrylic elastomeric polymer technology, JAXSAN® 607 features high film elongation, long term durability and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

JAXSAN® 602 is an acrylic, elastomeric coating manufactured for use in facilities requiring FSIS inspection. Under USDA directives JAXSAN® 602 is acceptable for "incidental” food contact or for “indirect” contact with food materials under FDA directives.

JAXSAN® 1400 Primer is a water thinnable acrylic latex based primer that is used as a sealer and an adhesion promoter. Due to the new polymer technology, it has excellent surface penetration into the substrate and dries quickly to a translucent finish.

These premium quality acrylic latex coatings are a perfect choice when it comes to protection and waterproofing of roofs and thermal insulation. Their carefully balanced blend of toughness and 250% elongation makes them ideal waterproofing for metal buildings.
