With a combined experience of over 200 years in the tank lining industry, the managing technical, engineering and chemical professionals at PLS provide not only one of the most proven product lines, but also applicator training and expertise as well as professional applicator equipment through its licensed applicators field training program.

At any moment PLS field support personnel may be boots on the ground in as many as three different continents, training and working with our affiliated applicator teams. This world-wide coverage program has led to the PLS slogan: "The lights are always on at Poly Lining Systems."

PLS maintains two of its own manufacturing operations and contracts for production time at several other resin manufacturing plants throughout the United States to meet its product fulfillment needs.

Poly Lining Systems PLS 311 is specially formulated and promoted for use as a corrosion coat designed to be applied to the interior surfaces of above ground bulk petroleum storage tanks. The PLS 311 resin is intended to be applied to intact above ground storage tank bottoms and walls which do not have a large degree of pitting or corrosion loss in order to mitigate further corrosion of these surfaces.

Poly Lining Systems PLS 1776 is specially formulated and promoted for use in the PLS 1776 Double Wall Tank Bottom Lining System specifically designed for above ground bulk petroleum storage tanks. The PLS 1776 System consists of PLS 1776a Base Resin, PLS 1776b Structural Reinforcement Fiberglass, PLS 1776c Velvet and the PLS 1776d Interstice Assembly.

Poly Lining Systems PLS 477PW is an epoxy coating which has been specifically formulated for use in tanks, vessels and other equipment contacting potable water. PLS 447 PW is intended to be applied to steel substrates which have been cleaned to meet the specification NACE No.2/SSPC-SP10 Near White Metal Blast. PLS 447PW is a 100% solids formulation featuring good application characteristics.

Poly Lining Systems PLS 411 is specially formulated and promoted for use in the PLS 411 Reinforced Tank Bottom Lining System specifically designed for above ground bulk petroleum storage tanks. The PLS 411 System consists of PLS 41 1a Base Resin, PLS 411b Structural Reinforcement Fiberglass and PLS 41 Ic Velvet.

Poly Lining Systems PLS 360e is a filled and specially promoted proprietary resin blend developed to meet the demanding requirements of underground petroleum storage tanks that contain oxygenated fuels.

Poly Lining Systems PLS 477FC is a fast cure polyamide epoxy with high solid content which is capable of achieving a high build. It is designed for application to concrete and steel substrates. Steel substrates do not require extensive preparation prior to application. PLS 477FC is a semi-gloss material which can be provided in a wide range of colors. Not for use in potable water applications.
