- Used as an adhesion promoter in solvent based printing ink with nitrocellulose / polyurethane or nitrocellulose / polyamide resin systems.
- Performs the critical role of bond formation between the ink resin and film surface. Its use also provides the printed substance with increased water, grease and heat resistance.
- Cross linking agent for hydroxyl compounds.
- Used as a cure catalyst.
- Used as a coupling agent for fillers and fibers.
