PolyBrite

PolyBrite® 35 CA is a tough, superior quality water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation uses a high-tensile strength 100% acrylic resin that cures to form a seamless fluid applied armor over approved roofing substrates. PolyBrite® 35 CA can be applied as either a base or top surface coating. This product has excellent adhesion to sprayed polyurethane foam (SPUF) and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates and exceeds the tensile strength of typical acrylic roof coatings.

PolyBrite® 33 CS is a water-based 100% Acrylic elastomeric coating that cures to form a seamless shield when applied over approved roofing substrates. PolyBrite® 33 CS is specifically formulated for hot dry climates. Due to its high reflectance properties, PolyBrite® 33 CS protects against damaging ultraviolet rays, keeping the roof surface cool in high temperatures, resulting in reduced building energy costs.

PolyBrite® 55 is an elastomeric roof coating specially developed for application over new Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roof systems. It is formulated for superior adhesion over foam. It employs a highly flexible acrylic polymer for enhanced thermal expansion and contraction capabilities typical of roofing foam surfaces.

PolyBrite® 31 CB is a water-based styrene acrylic elastomeric coating that cures to form a seamless reflective barrier when applied over approved roofing substrates. PolyBrite® 31 CB is specifically formulated for hot dry climates and extends the life cycle of new and existing roof systems by providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather conditions. Its highly reflective properties keep the roof surface cool resulting in reduced building energy cost in high temperate conditions.

PolyBrite® 70 is a 100% acrylic, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating which cures to form a seamless membrane. PolyBrite® 70 reduces roof temperatures, extends the life cycle performance of new and existing roof systems, and provides protection from ultraviolet sunlight and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 71-HS is a high solid, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation uses 100% acrylic resin cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. It offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system, lower overall life cycle costs, and provides excellent bleed-through resistance. When applied in white, it is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 75 is a high tensile, superior grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation uses 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. It can be used as either a base or surface coat. This product has excellent adhesion to sprayed polyurethane foam (SPUF) and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates and can exceed the expected tensile strength of typical acrylic roof coatings. This product provides excellent durability and dirt pickup resistance.

PolyBrite® 76 Base Coat is a premium, specially formulated water-based elastomeric base coat specifically designed to serve as a stain-blocking coating and offers enhanced resistance to areas subject to standing water conditions. PolyBrite® 76 cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area.

PolyBrite® 24 is a water-based elastomeric coating available in white and kool gray, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. It offers the unique ability to extend the life cycle of new and existing roof systems, in addition to keeping the surface cool, and providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 74 is a water-based industrial rust inhibitive coating manufactured with a light blue color to easily determine coverage. PolyBrite® 74 is designed to inhibit further oxidation resulting in rust degradation and to prevent bleed-through when using elastomeric coatings.

PolyBrite® 90.2 is a premium grade high solid, moisture cure, liquid applied silicone coating available in white or kool gray, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. It also keeps the surface cool, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 93 is a silicone flashing compound designed for use at various flashing and through roof penetration conditions. When installing polyglass silicone coating systems, use details and where silicone is required to be applied vertically, such as parapet walls. The product will expand and contract with the movement of the roof surface and is resistant to UV degradation.
