- Applications
General purpose antioxidant for all elastomers; specially purified for many nonstaining and moderate discoloring applications such as cables, footware, flooring, gaskets, bicycle tubes and tires.
It is particularly recommended for polychloroprene since it does not promote bin scorch to the extent caused by other antidegradants. Used in hot melt adhesives, where good color retention is important
Antioxidant and corrosion inhibitor in silane and siloxane synthetic lubricants (fluids & greases)
Used in hydraulic fluids, industrial oils, automatic transmission fluids and petrolium/synthetic engine oils.
