Moplen HF600N is the polypropylene homopolymer manufactured by PMC under the license of BASELL using the Spheripol process. Moplen HF600N is a homopolymer with improved productivity and lower energy consumption and selected by customers for use in injection molding of houseware articles, containers and general purpose. Moplen HF600N is an ADDIFORM homopolymer, ADDIFORM is the new controlled morphology polypropylene and is not palletized. Compared to ordinary palletized polypropylene, ADDIFORM gives considerable advantages in productivity, processing and energy consumption. Moplen HF600N resin meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

Moplen RP348NK is a nucleated polypropylene random copolymer manufactured by PolyMirae using Spheripol process technology licensed from LyondellBasell. Moplen RP348NK is specially designed for good processability and excellent clarity in low processing temperature with balanced mechanical properties. Moplen RP348NK is a random copolymer particularly suitable for injection molding of transparency containers and boxes of small size, houseware, food container, bottles(IBM/ISBM), caps and lids. Moplen RP348NK meets the FDA requirement in the code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.

The product features are an easy processability, low TVOC, outstanding mechanical properties with an excellent stiffness combined with good impact properties and good gloss.

Metocene MF650Y is a high melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer resin with very narrow molecular weight distribution. It is suitable for melt blown fibers as well as compounding extrusion applications.This material is available as a free-flowing, low dust granule resin. The very narrow molecular weight distribution and high degree of resin consistency promote finer fibers, enhanced fiber filament thread line continuity as well as reduced fly and lint in melt blown spinning processes. Its high melt flow rate allows reduced processing temperatures and energy savings. This is a low smoke, clean running resinwith good thermal and processing stability.
