Polycor® VE Barrier coat has been formulated as a barrier coat to reduce osmotic blistering, and as a print blocker, to provide a smoother gel coat finish. A number of benefits have been demonstrated, capitalizing on some of this product’s unique properties. Among these are: - less osmotic water blistering, - final pigmented material will provide a visual aid to see air bubbles during lamination, - improved cosmetics due to reduced fiber print-through and distortion do not use 957xk100 as a finish coat, because exterior durability is poor and will result in rapid chalking and fading. This thixotropic and accelerated material just requires the proper amount and type of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide catalyst to cure at room temperature. It should not be used at temperatures below 20°c.

Polycor® 965 Neutral Base vinyl ester tooling gel coats are formulated specifically for mold making. These vinyl ester based products are MACT compliant and heat resistant to withstand repeated molding of FRP laminates. Polycor® 965 series vinyl ester tooling gel coats are formulated ready-to-spray after the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide catalyst. Polycor® 965 series vinyl ester tooling gel coats meet the EPA national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants NESHAP for boat manufacturing and the reinforced plastics industry.

Polynt Group Polygel 33 - iso gel coat; good gloss retention and weatherability; resistant to water and osmotic blistering; also suitable for sanitary market. Main applications areas are composites, industrial sector etc.

Polynt Group 224X series clear gelcoats are enamel like coatings developed for the composites and fiberglass industry. These gelcoats are used as an enamel coating, similar to paint and are often used as a translucent coating. The 224X series gelcoat can also be used to protect the laminate against u.V. Rays. 224X series gel coats are sag resistant and have a fast curing system. This coating system is ready to spray, requiring only the proper addition of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure.Formulated for spray and roll application.Fast gel time and cure time that provide a good cure.Require only the addition of a proper amount of mekp to cure.Resistant to thermal change and weathering for parts in contact with water, severe conditions we recommend an iso/npg base gelcoat for marine applications. Parts that have to be assembled should be sanded and cleaned, to obtain a good adherence.

Polycor® 944 Colors - high reactivity iso based gel coat offering high resistance to porosity, chemical stain resistance and very good UV resistance. Available in White and off White shades. Main applications areas are aeolian, marine, textile industry etc.

Polynt Group 222X is clear and transparent for granite applications. It is generally used in composites applicatons.

Polycor® 99C Base White gel coats are high performance products formulated for the casting industry. These gel coats have lower volatile organic compounds VOC than conventional gel coats. Polycor® gel coats meet the EPA national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants NESHAP : reinforced plastic composites production. While offering lower VOC’s, 99c gel coats have retained the important construction application qualities customers have come to expect from polynt composites gel coats, such as resistance to porosity, tearing, and color separation, sag resistance, consistent liquid properties, good patchability, and more. These all add up to higher quality appeal in FRP parts made from polynt’s 99c series gel coats. The 99c’s are formulated to be resistant to water and certain chemicals. These gel coats were primarily developed for casting applications. These gel coats provide durable, reduced maintenance products. These gel coats require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure.

Armorflex® 953 SP is flexible NPG with added crack resistance and excellent UV properties. Good resistance to water and osmotic blistering. Low back side tack and easy to spray. Main applications areas are building and construction, home and domestic applications etc.

Polynt Group Polygel 35 - polyester and vinyl ester tooling gel coats; formulated specifically for mold making; high gloss and hard, durable surfaces. Main applications areas are building and construction, composites, industrial sector, marine, railway sector etc.

Polycor® GP-H - pre-accelerated, neutral color, thixotropic orthophthalic modified gelcoat. Good color stability. Good filler and pigment wettability. Recommended for hand lay-up application. It is generally used in automotive applicatons.

POLYCOR® LSC NPG FLEX BR WHITE 9199 - A pre-accelerated gel coat base on unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This high performance gel coat is formulated for use in sanitary and marine applications or GRP application where resistance to water and blistering are needed.

POLYCOR® M1 BR WHITE - A pre-accelerated gel coat base on unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.Product is recommended for the manufacture of industrial pieces requiring additional fire retardence. The product was designed for INTERNAL pieces ONLY.

Polynt Group 25 series gelcoats are formulated from premium polyester resins and fire retardant additives to achieve optimal fire retardancy properties and low slow smoke development. They are suitable for applications requiring a surface with resistance to flame spread and smoke development.
