Gel coats in the 953 Series require only the addition of the proper amount of the appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to cure. ArmorFlex® HIGH GLOSS BUFFBACK® gel coats are available in the same wide range of colors as other POLYCOR® gel coats. Refer to Polynt’s POLYCOR® Color Card for color selection. Standard base white ArmorFlex® is 953WJ340.

Polycor® Fireblock 2335 PA White 9199 - intumescent fire retardant properties that conforms to EN 45545 for internal panels in conjunction with fireblock resin systems. Main applications areas are aeronautical, railway sector etc.

Polynt Group SMC LS 3681 CL1 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for railway applications. Good mechanical properties and good fire protection grade are combined into the SMC LS 3681 CL1. SMC LS 3681 CL1 complies with uni cei 11170-3 CL1a and electrical applications uni cei 11170-3 lr4. SMC LS 3681 CL1 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.
