It's a product developed specially concentrate for the formulation of fabric softeners at room temperature (25ºC), due to its liquid state and ease of dispersion. Sauresoft K 805 is a compatible product with the environment.

The Sauresoft K 805 is used in the fabric softener formulation common domestic use at temperature ambient. Softeners prepared with Sauresoft K 805 present good viscosity stability and it is possible obtain viscosities up to 700 cP (Brookfield LVF, 25°C, Needle # 2, 60 RPM), depending on the concentration used.

Usage Guidelines

It is recommended to formulate with 3-5% of Sauresoft K 805. Depending on the desired viscosity, 0.1- may be required 0.2% polymer

Preparation Procedure:

  • Charge the water at 25°C

  • Add dye and mix for 10 min.

  • Add Sauresoft K 805 and mix up total dispersion avoiding the formation of Vortex for a period of 20 min.

  • Add aroma and conservative, stir 10 min.

  • Add thickener, mix for 10 min.

Note: The final viscosity of the softener may vary. considerably with the design of the equipment, the process temperature, water hardness and type of fragrance

Store in a dry place and indoors; avoid expose the material to conditions of extreme temperature It can be corrosive to carbon steel so its recommended storage in stainless steel or plastic. Keep container closed when not is in use Like most of the surfactants in their concentrated form, this product may cause skin irritation and eyes Observe hygiene and safety practices generally accepted at all times during handling (gloves, glasses security).
