PAI has extensive inventory of a variety of standard seals and offers short production lead times for non-stock items. PAI offers specialized secondary operations and all products are fully lot controlled and 100% visually inspected. Standard Machine Mold Co. is a custom manufacturer of injection, compression and transfer rubber molds, prototype molds, plastic injection molds, die cast tools, jigs, fixtures and Knock-out tools. Complete design and machining capabilities include, CNC milling and turning, wire and sinker EDM, grinding, and laser marking. SMMC will make molds to your specifications or design and build molds from your part drawing.

Precision Associates inc. 19426 is a 40 durometer gray colored Silicone elastomer, formulated with FDA sanctioned materials. It exhibits good resistance to heat and compression set and will remain non brittle at low temperatures.

Precision Associates inc. 8648 is a 60 durometer black Viton® A, formulated with FDA approved materials. It exhibits excellent resistance to heat, compression set and petroleum based oils. 8648 is suitable for use with milk and edible oils.

Precision Associates inc. 23618 is a 60 durometer black EPDM, formulated with Teflon to provide internal lubrication. It exhibits good resistance to heat, compression set and water and will remain non-brittle at very low temperatures.
