Uses

XtraBond® 9500XHS can be used for a variety of applications including, but not limited to, recreational vehicles, tractor trailers & busses, industrial, etc.

Direction for Use

• For best results, prepare a clean surface.
• Cut nozzle to desired bead size.
• Apply with caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed.
• Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent.

Surface Preparation

• The surface must be clean, frost free and free of any oils, greases and incompatible sealers that may interfere wth adhesion.
•  Do not apply if surface is contaminated.
• It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.
• Primers are not required for most substrates.

Be sure to rotate inventory accordingly. Materials must be properly stored in a low humidity (<50% RH) environment at room temperature (71 - 75°F) in their unopened container.

Shelf Life

• Cartridges/sausages, use within 10 months from date of manufacture.
• Pails/drums, use within 6 months from date of manufacture.
