Phoniton™ MCA-15 is in high content of nitrogen, and it will dehydrate to carbon while in high temperature, and it will also release N2, CO2 and water while burning. As a flame retardant, it works through absorbing heat and releasing incombustible gasses after sublimation. Phoniton™ MCA-15 flame retarded TPE will achieve UL 1581 VW-1. It has good compatibility with TPE system and helps reduce blooming phenomena.
