PhonitonTM MCA-50 has high content of nitrogen, in high temperature it will release N2, CO2 and water on burning. As a flame retardant, it works through absorbing heat and releasing incombustible gasses after sublimation and decomposition. PhonitonTM MCA-50 is especially suitable for PA6 and PA66 without filler. PA6 and PA66 with PhonitonTMMCA-50 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-0(0.75mm), GWFI 960°Cand GWIT 750°C
