Nitrophor™ FR2000 is a kind of new low halogen environmentally friendly flame retardant with N, P and Br for PP. NitrophorTM FR2000 has advantages of low dosage, low bromine content, no migration and no need of Sb2O3. Besides, it is also suitable for mineral filling system and masterbatch system. Products with NitrophorTM FR2000 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-2 (1.5mm), GWFI 850°C and GWIT 750°C.

Presafer 110MB80 is a kind of halogen free flame retarding masterbatch with N and P, especially designed for polypropylene, long fiber reinforced polyethylene and other advanced polyolefin product. 110MB80 contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retarding effect by intumescent flame retarding mechanism.Flame retarded by 110MB80, polyolefin and glass fiber reinforced polyolefin can reach UL 94 V-0 (1.5mm) and the LOI is no less than 32.
