Preparation:
Procedure
In a main vessel, combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 78-80°C.
In a separate vessel, combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80°C.
Add Phase B to Phase A and mix well.
Add premix Phase C to batch and begin cooling.
Cool to 25°C.
