Preparation: Procedure In a main kettle combine Phase A and heat to 78-80°C with propeller mixing. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 78-80°C. Add Phase B to Phase A with homogenous mixing. At 40°C, add Phase C to batch and continue cooling. At 35°C, add Phase D to batch and mix well. Cool to 25°C Specifications pH: 6.9 + 0.2 Viscosity: LV-4 bar @ 12rpm – 4,680 cps
