The Prime Blend team brings over a hundred years of experience in formulating, manufacturing, and selling of adhesives. ​ Prime Blend plays an important role in the ever-changing adhesive manufacturer landscape. Our extensive manufacturing and warehouse capacity means our customers have access to quicker deliveries and greater inventories as well as personal service, dedicated equipment and highly qualified technical support. Our R&D staff has over 30 years experience in the formulating water-based and hot melt adhesives. PriMelt™ line of hot melt adhesives includes several different EVA, metallocene and pressure-sensitive adhesives targeted for a variety of applications. It can supply hot melt adhesives in various forms and amounts ranging from individual boxes to several skids.

PriMelt™ 3017 is an aggressive tack, full PSA. It is applicable in extrusion, roll to roll, hand, and slotted dye.

PriMelt™ 3612 is a semi-pressure sensitive, economic and versatile. It is applicable in extrusion and wheel.

PriMelt™ 1110 is a workhorse EVA. Its a general purpose EVA hot melt, improved low-temperature resistance, fast set speed.

PriMelt™ 1066 is a slow set, robust sticker, bonds coated paper. It is for more difficult substrates.

PriMelt™ 3606 is the lowest tack PSA that has long open time, then tack-free. It is applicable in extrusion and wheel.

PriMelt™ 1063 is a long open time, optically clear EVA. It has application in glue stick replacement, applications needing a long open time.
