Thanks to the careful choice of raw materials requirements in respect to high chemical authenticity and resistances in regards to climate tests can be met. The solvent composition is chosen in such way, that - under normal conditions - no tension stress cracks or brittle of materials occur. The highly opaque ink layer guarantees an extremely good mechanical protection as well as an increased abrasion resistance. Adhesion on rigid materials as well as especially water resistance can be increased by adding hardener, Series 600-HDI or hardener Series 600-HDA (addition ratio 10% by weight). Depending on quantity and color shade pot time is >12h. This modern screen printing system is physically fast drying and reaches its optimal resistances – (2-component processing) by chemical bonding. Depending on conditions, they are reached after approx. 30-45 minutes (curing at 140-160°C) or after approx 72h (under normal climate conditions). In the domain of panels (washing machines, dryers, a.s.o.), we would recommend hardener Series 600-HDS, for other applications, standard hardener Series 600-HDA can be used.
