LupiPrime 90® is a plant based product, sourced from Europe. LupiPrime has excellent emulsifying properties which is cream in color and has a neutral taste.

LupiPrime 90®: with protein making up more than 90% of its dry matter, it has a comparatively very high share of nutrionally valuable protein. The excellent solubility and neutral taste make LupiPrime 90® the ideal protein for vegan sports nutrition and health food products. On top of high quality protein enrichment for cheese and dairy alternatives the key features for success are the off-white color combined with the neutral taste. LupiPrime 90®

Lupine fiber has a very pleasant yellowish-beige color. Due to the soft and homogeneous texture, fiber is ideal as an ingredient for baking biscuits or other baked goods. Thanks to a moisture content of around 82 percent, it is pumpable and can therefore be easily used in industrial processes. In summary, lupine fiber provides nutritious protein, carbohydrates, healthy fiber and almost no fat.

The purely plant-based lupine oil is a real plus for all baked goods and pasta, providing a red-to brownish color.It has a very high proportion of the essential fatty acids linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid. Just 22 grams of the oil cover the entire daily requirement for essential fatty acids.We produce the lupine oil gently and without chemical extractants. Due to the unique fatty acid distribution, it is also very interesting for further applications such as in natural cosmetics.

LupiFlourD is a premium, de-oiled lupine flour and a valuable alternative and supplement to flour made from cereals – the protein content of up to 40 percent is three times as high as that of wheat or rye flour (approx. 10–12%). In addition, the flour also contains a wealth of fiber, natural vitamins and minerals, which makes it a true powerhouse of nutrients. In addition, its emulsifying capability and a high share of antioxidants also ensures the baked goods stay fresher for longer.What makes our lupine flour so special is that it is de-oiled and non-toasted making it stand out from other lupine flours.Typical applications are:Baked GoodsPastaMeat substitutes
