Lupine fiber has a very pleasant yellowish-beige color. Due to the soft and homogeneous texture, fiber is ideal as an ingredient for baking biscuits or other baked goods. Thanks to a moisture content of around 82 percent, it is pumpable and can therefore be easily used in industrial processes. In summary, lupine fiber provides nutritious protein, carbohydrates, healthy fiber and almost no fat.

The purely plant-based lupine oil is a real plus for all baked goods and pasta, providing a red-to brownish color.It has a very high proportion of the essential fatty acids linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid. Just 22 grams of the oil cover the entire daily requirement for essential fatty acids.We produce the lupine oil gently and without chemical extractants. Due to the unique fatty acid distribution, it is also very interesting for further applications such as in natural cosmetics.

LupiFlourD is a premium, de-oiled lupine flour and a valuable alternative and supplement to flour made from cereals – the protein content of up to 40 percent is three times as high as that of wheat or rye flour (approx. 10–12%). In addition, the flour also contains a wealth of fiber, natural vitamins and minerals, which makes it a true powerhouse of nutrients.
