Applications & Uses

Coating Type
Applications

PROMEX™ TCO is suitable for the preservation of a wide variety of industrial coating products and adhesives and sealants where dry state protection is required.
It shows highest efficacy and stability in a wide pH range of pH 4 - 11. Use levels of PROMEX™ TCO normally range from 0.5 - 2% based on total weight of finished product.
Experience shows that compatibility with most products and raw materials is excellent, although compatibility testing and determination of most effective use concentrations is recommended.
Application areas:

  • Exterior architectural paints and coatings
  • Adhesives
  • Roofing materials
  • Sealants and caulks
  • Grouting compounds

Properties

Dispersible in
Water and alkyd based products
