PROVISIONGARD™ is a water-based coating that contains an active insect-growth-regulator (IGR) ingredient to control insect infestation of the packaged product for over 2 years by preventing insects from evolving through their lifecycle stages. As insects contact the surface of the PROVISIONGARD™ coated packaging, they absorb the insect growth regulator and cease evolving to their next stage of the growth cycle and die without contributing to insect population growth. What differentiates the PROVISIONGARD™ active ingredient from widely used pesticides is that this technology is based on naturally occurring substances found only in insects. It is not harmful to children, birds, dogs, cats, or other mammals and bees.

ProvisionGard™ Kraft/Corrugate Paper Water Base Coating PGT 24000 is waterbase coating PGT 24000 is a patented formulation with an insect growth inhibitor for application via Gravure, Flexo, Offset or Rod presses on kraft or uncoated paper. This fast drying coating imparts no physical properties to the paper and protects dry food products from stored-product insect infestation. It is recommended that this topcoat be thoroughly tested to confirm that it processes and performs as required.

ProvisionGard™ Carton Top Coat/Kraft Liner Waterbase Coating PGT23207 is waterbase coating PGT 23207 is a patented formulation with an insect growth inhibitor for application via sheet fed and flexo presses on paper, paperboard and linerboard. This fast drying coating imparts engineered COF, gloss and abrasion resistance and protects dry food products from stored-product insect infestation. It is recommended that this topcoat be thoroughly tested to confirm that it processes and performs as required.

ProvisionGard™ Carton Top Coat/Kraft Liner Waterbase Coating PGT23207

ProvisionGard™ Polymer Additive Pellets PGT 81086 is a patented formulation with an insect growth inhibitor for applications via extrusion lamination, blown and cast film products. The resulting film layer protects dry food products from stored-product insect infestation. It is recommended that this additive be thoroughly tested to confirm that it processes and performs as required.
