- ACTIRON® NX 458 is a versatile catalyst designed to accelerate the reaction between hydroxyl functional resins or epoxy resins and melamine based bonding agents, specially recommended for automotive OEM, coil coating and general industry applications.
ACTIRON® NX 458 presents the advantages:
- Faster cross-linking reaction

- Cure temperature reduction
- Suitable for solventborne and waterborne systems
- No flammable solvent
- Method of Use and Recommended Levels
- ACTIRON® NX 458 has to be carefully added in the stoving media and well homogenized.
- Recommended levels (delivery form on total formulation): 0.5 ~ 2.0 %
- Accurate dosage should be finding through some preliminary lab test trials.

Storage & Handling
- Storage Conditions
- ACTIRON® NX 458 should be stored in a cool dry place. In original unopened container it will keep 1 year stability at 20°C when kept out of the light and under 50°C. A deeper yellowing may appear at a temperature around 50°C but it does not affect the product efficiency.
