MODAREZ® MF AOH is an acrylic polymer based additive with hydroxyl reactive functions. It improves the leveling and flow of paints and inks in non aqueous medium. MODAREZ® MF AOH is FDA 175.300 approved and therefore particularly indicated for exterior and interior varnishes for can coatings. Its reactive hydroxyl groups allow a perfect fixation of the additive in the coating system preventing any kind of additive migration.

• Improves the leveling and flow (no orange peel effect)
• Increases the gloss of the paint
• Does not cause cloudiness or haze in clear coats
• Acts as air release agent
• Improves substrate wetting ( reduction of craters, fish eyes and pinholes)
MODAREZ® MF AOH for its great compatibility can be used with a wide range of solvent based resin systems.
MODAREZ® MF AOH is insoluble in water and alcohols . It is soluble in the majority of solvents commonly used in paints.- Method of Use and Recommended Levels
- MODAREZ® MF AOH can be added at any stage of the production process.
- Addition amount – 0,1- 2 % on total formulation.
