MODAREZ® MFP L is an acrylic based additive which improves the leveling and flow of paints and inks in non-aqueous medium. It is recommended for reactive systems where the resin has low molecular weight and displays usually weak film forming properties during the baking stage. MODAREZ® MFP L is FDA 175.300 approved.
MODAREZ® MFP L
- Improves the leveling and flow
- Does not interfere with inter-coat adhesion
- Does not cause cloudiness or haze in clear coats
- Improves surface hardness
MODAREZ® MFP L can be used in the most common resin systems and especially in polyester/melamine system.
Due to the low molecular weight its use is particularly indicated in clear coats where impart flow without risk of haze or cloudiness
- Method of Use and Recommended Levels
- MODAREZ® MFP L can be added at any stage of the production process as delivered or diluted in a solvent for better handling
- Addition amount – 0,1- 2 % on total formulation.
