Application

MODAREZ® SW 452 is a polymeric silicone based additive which improves the substrate wetting by strong surface tension reduction of the liquid paint, without increasing the slip of the dry film. Because of its high compatibility in aqueous binder systems, MODAREZ® SW 452 is recommended for solving surface tension problems in general industry coatings, printing inks and architectural coatings.

Method of Use and Recommended Levels

• MODAREZ® SW 452 should be preferably added at the end of production process.
• Recommended dosage: 0.5 – 2.0 % delivery form on total formulation.

Storage Conditions

• MODAREZ® SW 452 should be stored in a cool dry place. In original unopened container it will keep 1 year stability at 20°C when kept out of the light and under 50°C.
