Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL1 Multi – Purpose is a specially engineered product for long-term use under constant pressure in automatic single point grease lubricators. It is lithium complex soap based and formulated with high quality mineral base oil and performance additives and suitable for use in a wide range of applications. PL1 multipurpose grease provides high shear stability, low oil separation and low hardening tendency which ensure extension of re-lubrication intervals, reduced lubrication costs as well as the performance and safe operation of pulsarlube products.

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL1 Multi – Purpose

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL5 High Temperature is designed as a high temperature lubricating grease based on high quality mineral base oil and polyurea thickener. It offers good load carrying capacity and anti-wear property. This product has good adhesion, resistance to water at static and dynamic conditions and also resistant to oxidation and aging and protecting against corrosion. PL5 High Temperature grease has a wide operating temperature rage up to 160 degC. In total loss lubrication systems, it can be used up to 180 degC.

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL10 Motor Bearing is a grease manufactured by adding polyurea thickener, mineral oil, and excellent performance additives. It shows excellent lubrication performance for ball and roller bearings exposed to high temperature, excellent anti-corrosive performance, high oxidation stability, washout characteristics and reduced noise, so it can be applied to motors and pumps which have high noise.

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL10 Motor Bearing

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL3 High – Speed is formulated with high quality mineral base oil and performance additives suitable for use in a mid to high speed applications. It is lithium soap based and an engineered product for long-term use under constant pressure in Automatic Single Point Grease Lubricators. PL3 provides low oil separation, excellent protection against rust and corrosion, and high shear stability, which ensure extended re-lubrication intervals, reduced lubrication costs as well as secured performance of pulsarlube products.

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL3 High – Speed

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL7 Low Temperature is formulated with synthetic base fluids and performance additives for applications over a wider temperature range and equipment in arctic environments. PL7 offers longer life at high operating temperatures, better adhesion and excellent load carrying capacity compared to leading competitive products. Specially, it results in lower operating costs by reducing the re-greasing frequency, providing longer equipment protection and reducing maintenance costs to the customer. PL7 delivers excellent cold weather protection with no compromise on high temperature performance with an operating range of -40°C to 170°C (-40°F to 338°F). It also meets the NLGI’s stringent standard GC-LB for automotive wheel bearing (GC) and chassis (LB) lubrication.

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL7 Low Temperature

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL6 Multi Purpose with MoS2 contains molybdenum disulfide for protection against vibration and shock loading. This grease is formulated with paraffinic base oil and performance additives for applications over a wide temperature range. It reduces friction and wear and also provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion. With MoS2, it offers longer service life at high operating temperatures, better adhesion, and excellent load carrying capacity. It is recommended for use in rough severe operations such as shock loaded mobile equipment used in mining, forestry or construction industries as well as heavy mining equipment.

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL6 Multi Purpose with MoS2

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL4 H1 Food Grade is an incidental food contact grease made with 100% PAO synthetic base oil and calcium sulfonate thickener. Designed to meet many global performance and cultural requirements as NSF H1, Kosher and Halal. PL4 grease provides excellent lubrication for a variety of light-to-medium duty uses, and is appropriate for GC-LB applications. It also provides protection from corrosion while equipment is idle or in storage.

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL4 H1 Food Grade

Pulsarlube U.S.A. PL2 Heavy Duty is high temperature and EP characteristic grease. PL2 based on highly refined mineral oil and Calcium Sulfonate thickener. Calcium Sulfonate thickener has good adhesion, water resistance and lubricating film on the surface at static and dynamic conditions. And due to the optimized formulation of additives, this grease has excellent resistance to water, high oxidation stability at high temperature.
