Flavor Islands® Dry is a unique burst of flavor and year-round availability, alginate-based Flavor Islands™ are ideal for the baker. Soft, colorful and eye-appealing, they retain particle identity without melting when baked or fried – and perform well in the microwave. They’ll stand up to your mixers, need no refrigeration, and are shelf stable for up to six months.

Season-ettes™ can either be encapsulated spices, minerals, and sugars or cereal-based, unflavored flakes and and granules that mimic spices and dry seasoning blends. Season-ettes™ add visual appeal without adding “heat” to the consumer experience.
