The demand for lubricants in many different fields has allowed us to expand our product lines to lubricate low temperature and very high temperature applications. As an example, we produce lubricants for the following industries to name a few. Through research, based on client needs, we have developed specialized products to solve many industrial and manufacturing problems. Several of our innovative product lines have since become patented and have registered trademarks. Our production line has grown steadily over the years and today Quechem distributes directly or through distributors to many countries worldwide. We are environmentally conscious as our products contain no hazardous ingredients. Therefore, we do not impose on the surrounding ecosystem and the users of our products can use our products without concern for their health.

Quechem SGL-100 Synthetic Lubricant is a 100% Synthetic lubricant that will outperform any petroleum base product known on the market today because it has a flat viscosity curve versus temperature. The polymer based blend has been designed in such a way to take high loads and high and low temperatures without losing it’s film strength. It consists of polyalkyleneglycol (PAG) base stock which has been blended to produce a high performance synthetic lubricant. These lubricants are used in variety of applications and offer better performance at low and high operating temperatures.

Quechem SGL-100 Synthetic Lubricant

Quechem SPA 30 Synthetic Lubricant consists of polyalphaolefin (PAO) base stock which has been blended to produce a high performance synthetic lubricant. This lubricant is used in variety of applications and offer better performance at low and high operating temperatures. When compared to conventional oils and many other synthetic lubricants, the PAO based lubricants have a low volatility and pour points, and high flash points while maintaining thermal and oxidation stability. Additionally, there is a compatibility with mineral oil. It exhibits minimal viscosity changes due to temperature changes and shear.

Quechem SPA 46 Synthetic Lubricant consists of polyalphaolefin (PAO) base stock which has been blended to produce a high performance synthetic lubricant. This lubricant is used in variety of applications and offer better performance at low and high operating temperatures. When compared to conventional oils and many other synthetic lubricants, the PAO based lubricants have a low volatility and pour points, and high flash points while maintaining thermal and oxidation stability. Quechem SPA 46 Synthetic Lubricant

Quechem Synthetic Lubricant HTL-440G is chemically similar to HTL-440 with the addition of a micronized synthetic graphite for adverse operating conditions. It is a 100% synthetic lubricant specifically manufactured for trunnion rollers on rotary kilns and dryers. It provides protection during boundary conditions. The graphite gives added protection against direct contact of shaft and liner, preventing most shut downs. It operates up to 20% cooler than HTL-440.

Quechem Synthetic Lubricant HTL-440G

Quechem SPG 300 Synthetic Lubricant consists of polyethylene Glycol base stock which has been blended to produce a high performance synthetic lubricant. This lubricant is used in variety of applications and offer better performance at low and high operating temperatures. SPG 200 Synthetic Lubricant is clear, odorless and viscous liquid. They are heat stable and hygroscopic with a low vapor pressure.

Quechem SPG 300 Synthetic Lubricant

Quechem Synthetic Lubricant HTL-440 has been designed to lubricate and prevent extreme loading and high temperatures for trunnion roller shafts and liners, thrust collars and roller mill bearings. It is a 100% synthetic lubricant specifically manufactured for trunnion rollers on rotary kilns and dryers.

Quechem SPA 17 Synthetic Lubricant consists of polyalphaolefin (PAO) base stock which has been blended to produce a high performance synthetic lubricant. This lubricant is used in variety of applications and offer better performance at low and high operating temperatures.
