Radco Industries, Inc. originally started out reprocessing and reclaiming degraded high boiling thermal flluids suchs as Dowtherm and Therminol. After observing the environmental issues associated with most Heat Transfer Fluids, Radco Industries began to develop its own brand of Thermal Oil. XCELTHERM

XCELTHERM® MK1 is chemically equivalent to DOWTHERM™ A, recommended for Concentrated Solar Power Systems, PET production, Synthetic Fiber plants and many other applications that require a high temperature heat transfer fluid.

XCELTHERM® MK1

XCELTHERM® TPL is a direct replacement for Hydrogenated Terphenyl based heat transfer fluids, chemically equivalent to DowthermTM RP* and Therminol® 66*. Fouling resistant synthetic for low pressure systems operating up to 650°F (343°C). Recommended for oil and gas processing, chemical manufacturing, refining operations, low pressure thermal fluid systems, bio-products, polymer and resin production and many other applications.

XCELTHERM® TPL

XCELTHERM® SST is a high operating temperature of 675°F (357°C) at low pressure, liquid phase heat transfer fluid for demanding applications. Recommended for chemical refining, oil and glycol recovery units, chemical processing, gas processing, petrochemical plants and many other applications.

XCELTHERM® SST

XCELTHERM® CA Plus is targeted for use in heat transfer fluid applications that require prolonged life in systems that are open to the atmosphere and subject to accelerated oxidation up to 450° F. Our advanced mineral base oils and proprietary inhibitor package enables Radco to offer a superior product for the Die Casting, Injection Molding and Extruder Markets.

XCELTHERM® CA Plus

XCELTHERM® LV1 is a biphenyl-free, non-hazardous alternative for high temp fluids with liquid or vapor phase to 700ºF (370ºC). Chemically similar to DOWTHERM™ A when used under 700ºF (370ºC). Recommended n for Concentrated Solar Power Systems, PET production, Synthetic Fiber plants, Chemical Processing and many other applications that require a high temperature heat transfer fluid.

Xceltherm® HTR is a odorless high temperature synthetic with an economical price for use over 600ºF.

XCELTHERM® HTR

XCELTHERM® CA is a non-toxic, high purity, premium fluid that features superior economy.

XCELTHERM® CA

XCELTHERM® XTE is a synthetic heating and cooling for operating temperatures of -80°F to 625°F (-62°C to 329°C), high heat transfer efficiency to reduce operating costs.

XCELTHERM® XTE

XCELTHERM® XT is a high efficiency heating/cooling fluid with -70ºF to 650ºF range (-55ºC to 345ºC); liquid or vapor phase, 527ºF (275ºC) IPB. Recommended for natural gas processing, solvent recovery units, chemical processing and many other applications. Expecially useful when a high heat transfer coefficient is desired across a broad temperature range.
