OPTITEX CUT: Amaranth-Fiber-Mix for typical crunch of Frankfurter sausages RAPSnews Hot Frankfurter sausages with meaty and firm texture, even after heating. That is the function of OPTITEX CUT. The high-functional compound is especially used for economic production.
OPTITEX CUT is the response to the increasing cost pressure of the industrial production of sausages. Frankfurter sausages with firm texture can also be produced with low-cost raw materials.
OPTITEX CUT contains a mix of Amaranth, hydrocolloids, protein and fibers. It is designed in particular for sausages which are eaten directly after heating — and assures the typical strong consistence after heating.
