TENDERA B gives a tender indulgence and increases the added yield RAPSnews TENDERA B is a solution for tender and juicy beef. The new RAPS product is easy to handle and it also optimizes the production.
Meat, especially beef, has to mature because it tends to be dry and tough. The process lasts weeks and needs a lot of resources, stock capacities and generates cost. With TENDERA B meat manufacturer are able to guarantee the consumer that beef will become tender and juicy, regardless the way of preparation. TENDERA B is a tasteless compound, that will be injected into the meat as brine or being tumbled in (under vacuum). TENDERA B does not need to be dissolved, it can be used just by sprinkling on top. Effect: Tenderness of the beef and the assurance of application.
TENDERA B also increases the added value for meat manufacturer. By using it, 1 kg beef becomes 1,1 kg beef — that makes a 24 cent added value per kg beef.

The powdery compound can be used by sprinkling on the surface. Or it can be dissolved in water as well, used as brine. The brine has to be injected. Subsequently the injected product has to be tumbled under vacuum for about five minutes (assures optimized allocation) Brine can also be used by tumbling ONLY (under vacuum 15 minutes).
